Payment Methods Accepted
- All winning bids are payable on demand in US Dollars.
- uBid accepts payments via credit and debit* cards. We honor Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- At the close of an auction, uBid will attempt to validate the winning bidder's selected payment method. A charge will not be placed until the item has been shipped.
- For verification purposes, please be sure to supply the correct billing information. This information must match with what the issuing company or bank has on file for you.
*Debit cards often carry daily spending limits. Please consult your bank to determine whether you have a daily spending limit.
Note: As stated in the uBid User Agreement, uBid may attempt to validate the payment method information provided at registration and account updates by attempting a $1 authorization. This is not a charge, only an authorization.
Shipping To Another Address
If you have orders shipped to an address that is different from the billing address on file with your credit card company, uBid may require you register the alternate address with your credit card company. To register an alternate address for shipping purposes, simply call the customer service number on the back of your credit card, and provide the alternate address. Be sure to mention that the address is for shipping purposes only. Registering alternate shipping addresses can help expedite the processing of future orders.
