얼마전 노스페이스 걸즈의 자켓이 retail price의 반값에 나온겁니다
그래서 주문을 했지요. 검정색으로.
그런데 마음이 바뀌어서 핑크로 변경해달라고 메일을 썼습니다.
order status에 들어가니 cancel 할 수 있어서 cancel을 하고 pink로 재주문을 했습니다.
order confirm 메일까지 받았는데 도무지 쉬핑해줄 생각을 안하고 있지 뭡니까?
order status에 들어가니 둘 다 캔슬되어 있었습니다.
그래서 나는 첫번째 order만 캔슬하고 두번째 order는 캔슬하지 않았다,
내 두번째 order는 보내달라고 메일을 썼어요.

I cancel the first order #order number.
I did not cancel 2nd order #order number.
But my 2nd order was cancelled. Please send the 2nd order.
그랬더니 알트랙에서 첫번째 메일 쓴거랑 헷갈려서 다 캔슬했다고 다시 보내주겠다고 메일이 왔어요.
