해외쇼핑 영어메일 - 계란으로 가끔 바위를 깰 수도 있다? macys, 환불 성공
macys 백화점은 자국 카드밖에 받지 않지만, 아마존에 입점해있으므로 amazon.com 계정이 있는 사람들은 물건을 주문할 수 있습니다.
1월에 아이템 10개를 주문하고 10일정도 후에 아이템 9개가 담긴 박스가 왔습니다. 배송대행 업체에서는 박스 열어보지 않고 그대로 포워딩 했다고 합니다. macys에서 보내지 않고 환불도 안해줬습니다. 사실 나중에 보니 그 드레스 out of stock인 것 같았어요. 제가 세일 엄청 하는 옷들만 샀거든요. ;;
그래서 환불해달라고 메일 썼습니다. 그러나 배송대행 업체(the third party)를 거쳤다는 이유 하나 만으로 누락된 제품에 대해 재배송이나 환불을 안해주려고 하더군요. 그것이 그들의 정책이라고 하면서요. 하지만 funnyshopper가 더 끈질겼습니다. 3주동안 이메일 30여통을 주고 받으면서 주문한지 1달만에 환불받은 이메일 보여드릴게요. 영어 디게 못한다고 욕하지 마셈~ 아니 욕하셔도 좋아요, 하지만 돈 떼이는 것보단 이렇게 디밀어서 받을 건 받아야 합니다!!
우선 아이템이 누락되었다고 메일 보냈습니다.

macys에서 답장 왔지요..질문들 엄청 기분 나빴지만 특히 7번 질문.. 하지만 성실히 대답했고, third party에 대한 언급은 하지 않았습니다. 그리고 refund해달라고 하면 무조건 그렇게 보일까봐 reship 해달라고 했어요. 게다가 그 드레스 너무 가지고 싶었거든요.

그랬더니만.. reship해준다고 답장이 오긴 왔었지요

근데 며칠이 지나도 감감 무소식 -_- 그래서 어떻게 되어가냐고 메일 썼습니다.. 썰렁한가요? ^^;;

Is reshipment becoming how? I received package before 2 weeks. But the control against missing item is slow too. Quick solution it wishes.

I paid for the green dress, but dress did not come to me. The others come to me. The international shipping company do not open the package, so they didn't detect the missing item last time.

너 정말 빼먹고 보낸 거 아니냐? 만약 그랬다면 소비자만 독박쓴다. 너네 정책 잘못된거다. 너네가 잘못한거라면 정책 바꿔서 환불이나 재배송해줘야 하지 않겠니?
I will accept this situation. But I want ask just one. Can you prove that macys do not mistake? Did you confirm it, the delivery team?
$17.99 is not a big money, But the dress did not come to me. The third party company has no mistake. It is so unfair treatment, the damage returns to all consumer.
I want change your policy, if confirm yours mistake, do reship or refund.
