인형 하나가 쉽 된 지 열흘이 지나도록 상태에 쉬핑내역을 전달받았다고만 나와서 아마존에 메일을 썼습니다. 내 주문 어떻게 되어가냐고.
근데 가타부타 말도 없이!!! 리턴 되었다고 메일이 왔습니다. 여기서부터 머리에 김이 나기 시작했습니다. 왜냐하면.. 지들이 내 허락도 없이 마음대로 리턴해버리고서는 자기네 잘못이 아니라고 배송료를 빼고 환불을 해준 것입니다

기가 막히지 않습니까. 그래서 난 받은 적도 없다고 답장을 썼지요.
I was refunded $26.87. Order total is $32.99. I will reorder this. But shipping charge was not refunded. Return is not my choice. I did not receved the parcel. Please refer your message.
그리고 위의 메일을 덧붙였습니다. 그랬더니 답장이 왔는데, 자기네가 조사해보니 리펀드 해준다고 합니다.

근데 며칠을 기다려도 리펀드를 안해주지 뭡니까. 그래서 또 언제 해주냐고 메일 썼지요.

그랬더니 동일한 오더에 대해 한 번 리펀드 되어서 다른 오더넘버에 리펀드 해준다고 답장이 왔습니다.

처음에 가만히 있었다면 아마 리펀드 못받았을 겁니다. 계속 왜 안해주냐고!! 했더니 해준 겁니다.
역시 미쿡도 목소리 큰 사람이 손해 안보고 사나봅니다.
